20 Qualities Of A Strong Character

This week I’ve been reflecting on personal character. What is the difference in a person who is of strong character? I have been thinking of a few people in my life that have shown me their great and strong personal character.

So….here’s my 2 cents on Qualities that make up Strong Personal Character.

1. Perseverance
2. A willingness to go the extra mile
3. A strong Self Belief
4. A moral code that they believe in and follow
5. Confidence
6. Backbone to stand up for convictions
7. Walks into a room with calmness
8. Great listener… listens twice as much as talks
9. Integrity
10. Great follow through… does what they said they would do
11. Inspires others to be their best
12. Their attributes speak for themselves… they don’t need to mention them
13. Lead by example
14. Adds a positive spin to every dark cloud
15. Leaves gossiping and negative groups
16. Engages in positive reading, listening and watching activities
17. Creates time to fill up their Own tank
18. Energies teams and co-workers by THEIR enthusiasm
19. Humble
20. Invests the time for their own Personal Development
